Rules for chat are as follows:
1. no spamming unless the starter of the thread says it is okay.
2. no threads devoted to boosting rank, as you all learned, I will delete them.
3. no flaming. this means swearing at people by getting around the censors
(at least, not without good reason)
4. no swearing. I probably wont catch you if you do, but I will warn you and if it presists, ban you.
(Once more, you need an exceptionally visual or illustrative reason to make it worthwhile.)
